Kanz ERP (“the app”) is an inventory and invoicing app. Your privacy matters, and the app is designed so that your business data stays with you.
In short: we do not collect, transmit, sell, or have access to your data. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking in the app.
What data the app handles
You enter business data such as items, invoices, customers, suppliers, payments, and your company details. This data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device database, and — if you are signed in to iCloud — it may sync privately to your own iCloud account so it is available on your other devices.
What we collect
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or have access to your data. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Your data is never sent to the developer or to any external server controlled by us.
iCloud
If iCloud sync is enabled, your data is stored in your private iCloud database and handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We cannot read it. You can disable iCloud for the app in your device’s iCloud settings at any time.
Photos
If you add a company logo, the app uses Apple’s photo picker to select a single image, which is stored with your company profile on your device. The app does not access your photo library otherwise.
Data sharing & export
Any sharing (invoice/statement PDFs, CSV exports, backups) is initiated by you through the iOS share sheet and goes only where you choose to send it.
Children
The app is a business tool and is not directed to children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
